About this Course

Nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, The Greenbriar Inn is an elegant restaurant, tavern and private event space located in the north Boulder countryside. For more than 50 years they been delighting nightly diners, wedding parties, Sunday brunches diners and foodies from across Colorado and across the United States. Today we will partake of their Sunday Brunch menu to include such items as Seafood Cioppino, Oysters Rockefeller, Greenbriar Eggs Benedict, Monte Cristo and more. Brunch is on your own.
