About this Course

The tourist season is well underway when we travel to Forbidden Cavern, just outside of Loco Hills, New Mexico. A group of VIP visitors will be spending the night in the most dangerous part of the cave. Legend has it that the cavern holds treacherous passages, hidden treasures and deadly secrets! Menu selection: 1) Jerk Chicken and Green Chile Potato Salad or 2) Vegetable Tian- Roasted Colorado squash & Zucchini, Red Onions, Beefsteak Tomatoes with Lemon oil and Balsamic Syrup. Each entrée comes with Summer Salad with fresh berries & heirloom tomatoes in a lemon & herb vinaigrette. Come dressed up in your best ‘tourist’ outfit for extra fun!
